Toggling links off

Every block has an active/inactive switch. Flip it off and the link vanishes from your public page instantly — flip it back on and it's exactly as it was, badge and highlight included.

This is the correct move for "this drop ended but I'll relaunch it later," not deleting and rebuilding from scratch every time.
