Is Klick.ing actually free, or is it a trial?
Genuinely free, forever. No credit card is required to sign up, and Free is a permanent tier rather than a trial with a deadline. It does show ads on your page, and some features are reserved for paid plans.
What do I get for upgrading from Free?
Starter removes ads and unlocks custom wallpapers, every avatar layout, highlights, scan-tracked QR codes and the Insight tab. Premium adds curated themes, stickers, link groups, the verification tick and 2 years of analytics. Agency adds up to 6 pages and lets you remove Klick.ing branding. Enterprise is negotiated directly.
Does Klick.ing support yearly billing?
Yes. Starter, Premium and Agency can each be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly works out cheaper on every one. Switch between them from the billing page's own toggle.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your billing details (and GSTIN, if you have one) under More > Account, and every invoice is generated with the correct GST breakdown automatically.
Who processes Klick.ing's payments?
A licensed third-party payment provider. Your card/UPI details go straight to their own secure checkout, Klick.ing never sees or stores them directly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your dashboard's Billing page. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free, no surprise mid-cycle cutoff.
