Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Klick.ing, a link-in-bio platform accessible at Klick.ing (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Klick.ing
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of majority in your country, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Your account and pages
When you sign up, you choose a username that becomes your public page at klick.ing/yourusername (your "Base page"). Depending on your plan, you may create additional pages under the same account. You're responsible for the content you publish on every page you control.
We reserve the right to reclaim, restrict, or reject usernames that are reserved system routes, impersonate another person or brand, or otherwise violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Klick.ing to:
- Publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on someone else's rights.
- Impersonate any person, brand, or organization without authorization.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or content designed to deceive visitors.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal use.
- Use our short links or QR codes to disguise a destination that would breach these Terms, to cloak a link from moderation or security scanners, or to redirect visitors somewhere materially different from what was advertised at the point of sharing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (links, images, bio text, and similar). By publishing it on Klick.ing, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it as part of operating the Service. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't sell it to third parties.
5. Plans, pricing, and billing
Klick.ing offers a permanently free tier, three self-serve paid tiers (Starter, Premium, Agency), and Enterprise, which is priced by agreement. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($) depending on your location. The current prices are always those shown on our pricing page.
Payments and taxes. Subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider; your payment credentials are handled by them and never stored by us. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and Indian GST is added where required. Invoices are issued from the billing details on your account, so keeping those accurate is your responsibility. An issued invoice cannot be amended retrospectively.
Renewals and cancellation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free. We do not provide refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period except where required by law. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy sets this out in full, including the cases where we do refund.
Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for their current subscription, and we will give reasonable notice before any change takes effect on renewal.
Downgrading. Downgrading never deletes your data. If you drop below a plan's page limit, only your oldest page stays servable until you upgrade again, and features that belong to a higher tier simply stop applying to your public page. Everything you created is preserved and returns when you upgrade.
6. Short links and QR codes
Short links and QR codes you create remain subject to section 3. You are responsible for every destination you point them at, including after you change it: a dynamic link's destination can be edited at any time, and that edit is your act, not ours.
We may disable a short link or QR code, without notice, where we reasonably believe it is being used for phishing, malware, deception, or anything else in breach of these Terms. We do not guarantee that any particular short code will remain available to you indefinitely, and codes released when an account is deleted may later be reissued to someone else.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Klick.ing available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klick.ing and its operators won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your public pages stop being accessible; we handle any retained data according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Klick.ing after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
