What to include

  1. What you were doing. The steps that led to the problem, e.g. "added a banner block, then toggled highlight on."
  2. What you expected vs. what actually happened.
  3. Your page URL (klick.ing/yourname) if it's something visible on your public page.
  4. Device and browser, e.g. iPhone 14, Safari, or Windows, Chrome.
  5. A screenshot or screen recording, if you can. This alone often saves several back-and-forth emails.
