Say you're on Agency with 4 pages and drop back to Premium. Nothing gets deleted. Your Base page keeps working exactly as before — your other pages become read-only (saved, but not editable or publicly servable) until you upgrade again and unlock them back.
Your data is never the casualty of a plan change.
