What a collaborator can and can't do
A collaborator gets edit access, not ownership. They can work on the page the way you do: links and blocks, Design, Insight, the page's own settings.
What stays yours alone:
- Who has access. Only the owner can invite a collaborator, cancel a pending invite, or remove an existing one. A collaborator can't add another.
- Ownership itself. Being a collaborator never turns into owning the page, however long it lasts.
The page also doesn't count against their plan's page limit, because it's not theirs. An agency on a 6-page plan can still create their own 6 pages while managing any number of clients'.
Access ends the moment you want it to. Remove them from the same Settings section and they lose access immediately; nothing on the page changes. They can also step away themselves from their own account if the work is finished.
This is not the same as a page transfer. A transfer permanently hands the page to someone else, and it consumes a page slot on their account because they genuinely become its owner. Collaboration is reversible and costs them nothing.
Quick answers
Do I need a Link in Bio page to use Klick.ing?
No. Signing up only creates your account. A page (and its username) only gets created when you choose to, from your dashboard, so you can use just the URL Shortener/QR tools without one.
How many pages can I have on Klick.ing?
1 total on Free and Premium, up to 6 on Agency, and more on Enterprise (custom, negotiated per account, talk to sales).
What happens to extra pages if I downgrade from Agency?
Nothing is deleted. Only your oldest page stays servable and editable. The rest are saved exactly as they are until you upgrade again.
How do I switch between my pages?
The page switcher lives in your dashboard header/sidebar. Tap it and pick any page to jump straight there. Every section (Link in Bio, Design, Insight, Settings) then applies to whichever page is currently selected.
Can someone else manage my page for me?
Yes. Settings > Add Agency to Manage the Page invites another Klick.ing account to edit your page with you. You stay the owner, they just get edit access. Inviting needs Premium or higher, and the account you invite has to be on Agency or Enterprise.
Does adding a collaborator make them the owner of my page?
No. Ownership never moves. They can edit the page, but only you can invite or remove collaborators, and you can revoke their access at any time. Handing a page over permanently is a page transfer, which is a separate thing.
Does managing someone else's page use up one of my own page slots?
No. A page you've been added to doesn't count against your own plan's page limit, because you aren't its owner. It shows up under More > Account, in "Pages you have access to".
